Hey, I’m Nathan Howe, the founder of New Life Habits.
This space was born from my own journey of breaking down, breaking open, and building a new way of living. I spent years chasing success, connection, and clarity through all the wrong doors, until I realised I wasn’t truly connected to myself at all. I was surviving, not living. That’s when I turned inward and discovered the power of healing through all four bodies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
At New Life Habits, everything we do is built around this holistic foundation. Because true transformation isn’t just mindset work. It’s not just talk therapy or a gym membership. It’s about addressing the whole human, your body’s signals, your emotional wounds, your mental patterns, and your deeper spiritual truth.
The name New Life Habits carries a double meaning for me. Yes, it holds my initials NLH but it also represents something deeper: the simplicity of change. This work is about consciously creating new habits that serve your highest self, while letting go of the ones that no longer align. Whether it’s how you breathe, think, feel, eat, move, or relate, it all becomes part of your transformation when done with awareness and intention.
Through practices like breathwork, somatic release, inner child work, mindset exploration, and energy healing, I guide people back to who they really are, beyond the trauma, beyond the conditioning, and beyond the masks.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you to your body’s wisdom, your heart’s truth, your mind’s clarity, and your soul’s purpose.
